I'm kind of old school when it comes to customer service and support. I think a lot of web businesses have dropped the ball in this area. They build you a quick website, then go away leaving the you to fend for yourself. Oh, and when you need a sentence or two changed on the site, you're at the mercy of the webmaster who promptly charges you an arm and a leg for updates. Not me.
